Emma founded Dovetail having seen so many highly qualified women (and more frequently men too) struggling to find engaging, flexible work that fits around their personal and family commitments. The lack of flexibility amongst many employers and extremely high childcare costs in the UK does not always make an attractive working environment to return to – so much key talent is leaving the corporate pool.
Emma spent ten years working at Gerson Lehrman Group, the world’s leading platform to connect clients to a network of more than 650,000 experts, including business leaders, scientists, academics and subject matter specialists.
